Sovereign Finance

Levin & Srinivasan provides its sovereign clients a full range of corporate finance as well as structured and project finance services. Among other things, we represent sovereign issuers, including political subdivisions, governmental agencies and instrumentalities, in connection with a wide range of bond transactions, and sovereign borrowers in connection with structuring, negotiating, and, when necessary, restructuring and renegotiating loans from commercial banks, development banks, and multilateral aid agencies.

Our attorneys have significant experience representing governmental and sovereign issuers and underwriters in structuring, negotiating and executing public offerings of debt securities by sovereign issuers (and governmental agencies) in the United States capital markets in what are known as registered "Schedule B" offerings.
