We view as a critical element for success in this field the ability to understand the technology objectives and challenges of our clients, and to use that information to structure and draft agreements that meet the clients’ needs today, while anticipating issues that may arise in a rapidly evolving technological environment.

We regularly negotiate complex technology licensing, development, distribution, manufacturing and supply agreements, including by way of example:  the creation of a global product distribution network and the worldwide roll-out of an enterprise software solution; a global supply agreement for an IP telephony network on behalf of an international telecommunications provider; a master development and publishing agreement with a leading interactive game developer; co-branded credit card and marketing agreements; and numerous on-line strategic marketing, Web traffic and cross-licensing agreements with Internet portals and content aggregators.
