Levin & Srinivasan represents commercial lenders, guarantors, arrangers and borrowers in a wide range of domestic and international lending transactions, including the negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured commercial loans and credit facilities, leveraged leases, sale and leaseback transactions, equipment leases, and other structured and asset-backed lending transactions.  Our attorneys have extensive experience in structuring and coordinating the perfection of collateral packages in the United States and in numerous jurisdictions globally.

We frequently advise participants in import/export financing transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of letters of credit, guarantees and other credit enhancements.  In addition, we have significant experience structuring credit facilities to address the risks common to project finance and other limited recourse financing techniques, including political risk, insolvency, moratoria, and exchange rate volatility.
